Experience has taught me that life is a series of experiments, some successful and others providing valuable lessons. With a growth mindset, discipline, and the ability to learn and adapt from these experiments, we can achieve the impossible.

My career journey began as a Drilling and Blasting Engineer in coal mines, where I learned to manage risk. Working at Worthington Industries, a profit-sharing company, honed my financial acumen. I had the privilege of contributing to renowned brands like Bell Labs, Intel, Target, Tyco, Manhattan Associates, and Zebra, gaining expertise in scaling innovation, enabling growth, and maintaining entrepreneurial drive.

Together, these experiences have shaped my expertise in driving innovation and transformation and achieving remarkable results.
​
My photography hobby taught me how to focus on things that matter and having patience to get good results.

Strategy & Innovation at Target Corporation
I developed the concept of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for sourcing decisions. This was developed by partnering with Professors from Aalto University, Finland and mapping the direct and in-direct costs associated with sourcing. This was selected as one of the Innovative product of the year. Earlier to that I was head of Target Accelerator -- a vehicle for open innovation. Partnered with 100+ senior leaders of Target located in India, HK and USA for driving innovation initiatives spanning in retail operations, finance, customer experience, supply chain, sourcing and sustainability.

Worked for Retail and Supply Chain Technologies companies such as Zebra Technologies, Tyco Retail Solutions, Manhattan Associates in senior management positions as head of retail strategy, Sr. Director of Technology to drive innovation and transformations at large retail customers.

Currently I work through StackRoute which is part of NIIT the global leader in learning. Through StackRoute, I coached teams at Allstate, PwC, Zensar, Advance Auto Parts. I coached 1000s of aspiring PMPs through PMI Bangalore Chapter and helped companies setting up PMO.
